If you must return, you may may it within 14 days of receiving the products.
Before shipping item to us, contact and ask for Return Authorization number (RA#).
To receive a full refund, the shoes, all insoles, tags and shoe box packaging, must be placed in the original undamaged shoebox.
Note: do not use shoes box as shipping box. Place shoe box in another box or wrap in protective cardboard or enclosed plastic bag.
After receiving items returned, we will inspect to ensure all specified condition is met and issue a refund for full amount of the product, we do not refund shipping cost. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not in new condition, in this case items will be shipped back at customer's expense.
Please, allow 5 - 10 business days once return has been received.
To keep our prices low we do not cover shipping cost for return of any items.
Due to hygienic reason Footcare products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all goSeamless items, socks and Xpandasox.
