  • Alignment Issues
  • Stability Issues
  • Tired Feet
  • Sore Ankles

Why Genext Orthotics are so good for your feet.

In just a few days you could be slipping these orthotics into your shoes to chase away the pains associated with Plantar Fasciitis, Metatarsaliga (ball of foot pain), fallen arches, sore ankles, tired feet and so much more.

The top-cover is a suede like polyester that wicks away moisture and feels comfy beneath your toes.  Once you take your tired insoles out of your shoes and slip in the Genext Beats Orthotics you will feel instantly different.  With greater stability comes greater confidence, with better alignment comes less pain.  Walking becomes easier which means you will do more of it which is great for managing weight too!

Available in four different modalities: neutral without metatarsal pad, neutral with metatarsal pad, posted heel (medial side) without metatarsal pad and posted heel with a metatarsal pad:

  1. Neutral Heel (PBO-N): Heel is cupped in a neutral position with an arch designed to support medium to high arch feet. The forefoot is also neutral without any metatarsal support.  This orthotic set up is preferred for people that need additional arch support and where plantar fasciitis is often the cause of foot pain.
  1. Neutral Heel with Metatarsal Pad (PBO-NM): The addition of a metatarsal pad supports and redistributes weight away from the metatarsal bones and the joints of the ball of the foot.
  1. Posted Heel (PBO-P): Recommended for flat or low arch feet where ball-of-foot pain is not present. Rearfoot posts are applied on the medial side and help move the heel bone from a valgus position to a neutral position.
  1. Posted Heel with Metatarsal Pad (PBO-PM): The heel is 'posted' with a wedge on the 'medial' or inside part of the device to counter pronation and help balance the rear foot.  A metatarsal pad is also added to help re-distribute weight away from the metatarsal area where ball-of-foot pain is present.
