2P Diabet Inserts / Comfort Insole
The Bi-laminate (2P) insert was developed to fit into our non-extra-depth shoes where additional plantar support and cushioning is required. The bottom layer will provide good arch support and the top layer a cushion which will mold to the foot with wear.
The 2P insert is a bilam with an EVA closed cell 4mm top cover with a 25A durometer and an EVA closed cell 6mm base layer at 42-46A durometer.
Trimming Instructions
Sometimes it may be necessary to trim the inserts to fit perfectly into shoes. To do that remove the insole or liner(s) that come with the shoe and using them as a template, trace around the bottom outside layer of the 3P insert. These trace lines will serve as your trim lines. Use a pair of heavy scissors to trim as necessary. In almost all cases however, the inserts will not need to be trimmed.
Intended Use:
A thinner, lower profile, narrower insert for use with the Mary Janes and flat shoes.
